Project Management Team
- A project specific team is assembled consisting of a dedicated Project Manager, Superintendent, and Project Coordinator
- The project team meets with Management and Pre-construction at a start-up meeting to fully understand scope of work, budget, estimate, expectations, and their responsibilities on this specific project.
- The project team communicates and collaborates regularly throughout the project to be maximizing value and identifying risk.
- Work closely with consultants and trades to ensure quality and timeliness and mitigate and prevent unnecessary charges
Reporting and Controls – Management & Project Teams
- Key Performance Indicators are monitored and measured both on the project site and in the office to identify and initiate mitigation measures as needed. Focus of the KPI’s are on communication, risk, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Projects Report Outs are conducted regularly for all projects and include:
- Update forecasting and costs to complete
- Budget analysis
- Schedule and task analysis
- Risk, mitigation, and key decision areas
- Growth and Development
- Management works continuously with our teams to use support growth and development, support identification of risk and corrective actions, and foster a culture of collaboration and communication..
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure construction site is a safe, tidy, and efficient work environment
- Ensuring proactive safe work practices and procedures are in place and adhered to, to ensure safety for all individuals
